API Sea Run - Anti Reverse - 2nd Hand Vintage

Very collectible API Spring Sea Run - Anti Reverse fly reel designed and patented by Oscar Kovalovsky. Made in the late 1980s by Angling Products Inc. in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. The reel is 3 5/8" diameter and would be perfect for a 7-8 weight line and 200 yards of backing. The Sea Run has a one-piece frame and a one piece spool. No tools needed to remove the spool. This is one of the first "large arbor" reels with a anti reverse drag. The handle is inset from the outer edge, it automatically gives it a multiplying effect when retrieving line.
