The new Orvis Clearwater Switch Rods are designed with hybrid upper handle part that work very well both as single hand and double-hand grip. The shorter lower handle part gives a good, secure hold for double hand casting. At the same time, it's still small enough not to interfere with your single hand casting.

The new Clearwater Switch Style Rods - everything has changed except the value. This new Rod Series is a complete overhaul from the ground up by our Vermont rod designers. Each rod is designed with a purpose-built profile and action to handle the fishing the rod would be traditionally used for, from medium-action small stream rods to medium-fast freshwater rods and fast-action big game rods.
