Most of all two-hand rods are built with spey casting in mind, however the BOOST Beach’s unique design is intended for overhead casting to surf-dwelling species along the coast. Flatties, cod, bass and sea trout beware. The Boost Beach allows coastal anglers to hit longer casts with less effort than ever before.

Traditional Spey rods are designed to load deep in to the blank to properly launch an anchored spey cast – the ECHO BOOST BEACH reverses this trend in favour of an action and power balance that allows for high line speed and tight loop casts using a lot less effort than a traditional two-hander.
