These beautiful feathers can be used as "poor mans spey" hackles on a variety of Salmon and Seatrout flies.
An excellent substitue for hard to find heron feathers and very popular for spey fly patterns. Ringneck Pheasant Rump hackles are reasonable priced, readily available, and make a great spey hackle for smaller flies. The feathers are well marked and have great action in the water.
Can be used on flies from size 1/0 and down.
